Work Description: He replaced pipes in my basemtn and bathroom. Don't ever give anyone a payment unless they give you a receipt before they leave. I'll never do that again.
Comments: Seemed to be good at first, but then Chris the owner never gave me a receipt the first time took 2 weeks to get a receipt for $1,200 or more. Second time he never gave me a receipt for work of $300 for bathroom. It's been over a year never got official receipt for work completed stating he gives a 3 yers guarantee on all parts. So in April I turned my spigot on in the spring and didn't realize the pipe he put in burst and caused a major flood in my basement. Exactly over $9,500 in damage. He was informed about the damage and pictures was sent to him. Told me he would be here on Sunday. P.S. not only didn't he ever show up but lied and told me his uncle past away in Flordia, his mother and father both had covid and he feels like he's having heart problems. Well what about your customer and the service you said you were going to provide. He cannot be trusted because I just had surgery myself in February and left me in a mess for 3 months waiting to get all paperwork and dealing with my insurance company and all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY CAN'T BACK UP WHAT HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO DO FOR YOU. So utterly disgusting. I would give me zero stars but I had to give one. Unsatisfied customer. Comments: Called spoke to Chris the owner. Explained I needed a job done for one of my clients. I told him I would meet him there so I could pay him. We made an appointment for that afternoon between 3-4. As I stood waiting with my client for Chris to show up for an hour and a half . We figured out he was a NO-SHOW. I called and texted several times during our long wait. But he never responded. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!Sound Beach NY
