Comments: Will comment on on quality and punctuality when job is done. Bob was wonderful, personable and knowledgeable during the consultation. He explained why metal would be difficult on my contemporary home and that it was more expensive than asphalt . He didn't discourage me from what I really wanted, metal, and explained the process in how it would be installed. H came up with very fair prices. The next morning he texted me telling me that he made a mistake on the estimate. He couldn't read his own writing and the prices came down by a little over a grand. I didn't get the feeling at all that it was a ploy. He was very apologetic and he's been in the business for a very long time. I'm looking forward to working with him and excited for the new look of my home.Hollis NH
