Work Description: Hang door trim
Comments: Leo was hired to hang door trim on 5 doors in our home. The price was high but we thought we were paying for a licensed contractor. Things started out on the wrong foot when the incorrect size door casing was hung on the first door. (Clearly the contractor was told we were matching some existing trim in the hallway) We were then told in order to fix it WE WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE MORE CASING...KEEP IN MIND WE PURCHASED ALL MATERIALS FOR THE JOB And he grabbed the wrong size casing. Paint was dripped on our laminate floors, bronze door hardware was painted white and the areas of the wall where trim waa removed were left with sloppy caulk and the walls were not touch up painted as promised.Seminole FL

Work Description: Install door trim
Comments: Leo hung 4 door casings at our home.. The price was high but we thought we were paying a skilled licensed contractor. From the start things did not start well. The wrong size door trim was hung on the first door. Keep in mind we have purchased all materials...So to correct his error we are told WE NEED TO PURCHASE NEW CASING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Paint was dripped on our wood floors, no tarp was used to protect flooring, door hardware was carelessly painted white, walls were left marked when told they would be touched up with paint. Overall disapointed in the quality of work . Now have to pay another contractor to fix. More $$$ out of pocket for us. BEWARE!-
