Work Description: "state" water heater repaired
Changed the part
They said they have the most of the parts in their truck.
When he came and checked the HWH he need different part
He told me he has to go to part distributors and bring it back.
But he said because of Saterday I have to pay $100.00 extra
in cash because part people has to open specially for him and
they charged $100.00.(not for the part)
They should not charged me $100.00 extra.
Part cost covered by the wrranty.
Other wise service is good.
