Comments: Stole $15,500 from a 75 year old man. Look up Jason Strzala on Medina county clerk of courts. He was arrested and charged with a felony due to this, and ultimately returned the money only after being forced to by the law. Jason thought he could outsmart my family, but he ended up having to return the $15,500, spend time in jail, and spend thousands on an attorney. Don’t do business with this genius. You’d be better off doing it yourself with a YouTube tutorial than to hire this thief.Beachwood OH

Comments: Want to begin by saying I was contacted within minutes of visiting the NETWORX site. I spoke to a very nice gentleman I believe Jason from Drain Guru. He made me feel like my concern was his concern also that he wanted to take care of quickly. With 3 hours he had his 2 men here. They were able to confirm what the problem was and go over solution and cost quickly. I can say that as a very picky and sometimes hard to deal with customer I have never felt so at ease and treated kinder by any person that has fixed a repair problem in our home. In closing. They are very budget friendly. Even if I had to pay more i believe it would have been warranted. The work and professionalism in the long run is what brings a customer back not the cost. During past, I called two Plumbers and I also paid my home insurance for calling plumber, but they were not able to fix the problem.
