Work Description: Central A/C - Install/Replace

Comments: A bit unorganized, made a mess when cutting out sheet rock Wanted 3 quarters of money of front, claimed his money was tied up. project was 3 times longer than predicted. Woukd not sign up for PSEG rebate program so i can get my the energy rebate. Positive note, vent work was flawless.
