Work Description: Blockage to main sewer line.
Comments: They misidentified the plumbling problem as the drainage was blocked in the main connection to the city sewer and not the vent. Had to call numerous time to have work done. Took over 5 months to have problem finally fixed. Cost extra because additional unnecessary work was done.Philadelphia PA

Work Description: Water Heater replacement.
Comments: Had me waiting all day with no communication. Told me I was getting a brand new unit.. it's used. Told me I was getting a 6 yr warranty yet none was provided. One of the guys who installed it was smoking in my basement. I tried to call Michael to discuss all of these issues but he ignored all of my calls after initial complaint of lack of communication. The hot water heater has been replaced. I feel COMPLETELY taken advantage of. Use with caution.Philadelphia PA

Comments: The owe completed was excellent. Greg was an excellent plumber, he analyzed the issue and worked diligently until the challenge was resolved. His helper in the second phase of the work was also very good. Michael was informed of the progress and assisted obtaining the right parts. Job completed! Comments: Would recommend to anyone!!! The owners son and another employee (non sure if was a son or not) were very courteous, friendly. They conducted themselves like gentlemen you could trust in your home. They explain what they saw as the problem went over options, and then went to work. You don’t see this in young people anymore.
