Work Description: Install Hot Water Heater
Comments: I paid $2,200 to DRPS on 3-27-22 for: 1) Remove and dispose of old hot water heater and, 2) Obtain and install a Tankless Recirculating Hot Water Heater including installation of PEX water recirculation line in crawl space.RESULT: Derrick Kilgore, DRPS:
1) Failed to remove old hot water heater fromm property, 2) Obtained and installed a CHEAPER NON-Recirculating Tankless Hot Water Heater, 3) Plumbed it backwards, and 4) Violated CODE in connecting exhaust vent.
My verbal complaint to DRPS was met with their laughter and Demand for more money! I refused, and advised DRPS that I would pursue All Legal Means of recovery.
My certified Offer of Settlement went 'unaccepted' at least six times. My certified, substantiated complaint to the State Examining Board has been un-responded to for almost three months, and finally, we're headed to Court.
