Work Description: My wife and I had Dobbins Concrete install a concrete patio, along with connections or sidewalks to three doors, covering maybe 150-200 square ft. worth of space.
Comments: Dobbins Concrete does not have bells and whistles, but they do a fantastic job at everything that matters:1) INTERACTION and PLANNING: By listening carefully, using spray paint and later the wood outlines, they made sure the patio and walks were the way we wanted. Communication was open, and the crew leader and crew also anticipated or exceeded our unspoken wishes.
2) QUALITY: We are very impressed with the skilled workmanship, and extremely happy with the patio and walks. We just got them, but they seemed built to last.
3) TIME: It all took under 2 days, despite heat in the 90's. We discussed project and price on a Monday, decided to proceed Tuesday, and were watching the work Wednesday!
4) PRICE: We paid for the concrete (Chaney Enterprises), but Dobbins did the order/set up delivery. Compared to another bid, the combined total with Dobbins was MUCH more affordable, making our project possible for us.
In short, we are very glad we used Dobbins Concrete, and we can recommend them with enthusiasm!
