Work Description: Bathtub/Shower - Install/Replace
Comments: he was upset that I would not give him 1/2 down in cash.He showed up about 3hrs late not wearing work clothes or even driving a work truck, looked fishy. I told him I would pay after he showed me a city permit with my name on it. He said OK but never returned. If he would have said I dont want the job, that would be fine. classical scam artist
