Comments: Sent request to Deyton Concrete Construction for estimate on driveway construction. Recieved a call next morning and set up appointment for that afternoon. Hector came and met me. I explained my circumstances that the top area of my driveway could NOT be concrete due to being over septic field line, he agreed with this. I also asked about installing Paver Grid on this area. He said he was not familiar with this product, but if I would purchase and instruct how to install, he and his crew would also fill with appropriate rock and compact.He measured all of the driveway area, informed me of how much Paver Grid I needed to purchase. Sent me an estimate to complete the job and had me order appropriate Paver Grid and hold down anchors.
When the Paver Grid came in I called Hector and we agreed upon a starting date for the job.
Hector and his crew came on agreed day, graded area and started installing Paver Grid. Came next day and finished Paver Grid , framed area for concrete. Job had to be put on hold because of all the rain(concrete supplier could not deliver).
When weather cleared Hector and crew came and poured and finished concrete. They are a very hard working and professional crew. They went out of their way to accommodate the unique circumstances of my job.
The next time I need any concrete work done, Deyton Concrete Construction will be the only company I call.

Comments: I had a patio poured. It looks good, but we've had several about eight hairline cracks appear. I will say there's a lot of concrete there 38x16 so I don't know if that contributed to it or not. The contractor also dumped waste rock and concrete next to our property on common ground. We live in an HOA community. I never gave him permission to do that. It was on top of some rocks going into a water basin. He did make an attempt to cover it with river rock. But, I didn't want him to dump his waste there.-
