Comments: We sought quotes from a large number of pool contractors. The eliminated the outliers (both cheap and expensive). Many contractors don't have a show room and we're unable to show us tile samples and sent us to look at catalogs. There's a lot you can do to educate yourself online regarding everything related to pools. The construction team made the work so simple and right on schedule. The demolition occurred in phases, and the team cleaned up the debris nicely. We are very happy with the pool. It turned out better than we could have expected- now the rest of the backyard looks shabby in comparison.

Comments: Our recent experience with Dezign Construction, especially with Rick was very good. We hired them to do a complete remodeling of our kitchen. Rick was able to provide us with a great design that contained most things we wanted, custom cabinets, new flooring, granite counter tops and the relevant appliances (Ref, Dishwasher, stove and hood). Rick and his people were able to finish the new kitchen in less than a month and the new kitchen came out the way we wanted and even more. What we mostly appreciate is that the overall price was within our budget and even though we did some changes during the work, Rick did all he could in order to not add any hidden charges.

Comments: I had a master bathroom and a powder room completely remodeled by Ziv and a team of 3 people at American home improvement. Ziv guided me in regards to several major decisions and selections of materials such as the tiles, type and colors of the flooring, cabinets and accessories. The entire remodeling process was enjoyable for me and I didn’t have to run around to many stores and vendors to select the parts so they will all match. They started the working day on time (Monday thru Friday), were pleasant and open-minded (when it came to my thoughts and comments) and they did an awesome job by creating a minor disruption to the house. I really in-love with the two new bathrooms and with the fact that they were both finished in 2 weeks! American home improvement were also excellent about anything related to communication! When there was any type of a need to talk to them, someone was there to take care of it, fix or adjust. Very trustworthy company and good set of skills. I will hire them again for my house of my office.

Comments: This company (Dezign Construction) was great. After we purchased our home, we had to do a remodeling of several spots at the house. Due to some budgets issues, we decided to remodel the two bathrooms. The remodeling included the replacement of all the windows in the bathrooms, add a large slider door to the bedrooms, relocated the front door and replace the electricity panel. The day after our call to the main office of Dezign Construction, we were able to schedule a meeting with Rick for the following day. During the meeting, Rick gave us several ideas (which most of them we implemented in the remodeling and some of them, we left for future remodeling and several days after the meeting, Rick had an estimate for us shortly after. The price that was given to us by Rick, was fair and reasonable, so we signed the contract the following week. It took a little of time for Rick and his people to get all the necessary permits for the remodeling through the city, but once that this bridge was crossed, Rick and his workers including the supervisor started the work and we were able to see the progressed stages a week after since they start the work and we are extremely happy with the finished product. Of course, there were a couple of change orders along the way, but we felt that the price was good.

During the work we did contacted several of their clients in order to hear from them what they think and how their remodeling project went. We did hear great feedback which made our remodeling project less stressful. We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Rick had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. This remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Rick and his team. During the work and even before the work started, Rick helped us with all the design ideas and helped us stay within our budgets and all the people who were involved in the work, were honest enough when they felt they could not do something.
