Work Description: Renovate master bathroom
Comments: UPDATE – 10/28/17DO NOT HIRE FRANKIE J DELMERICO
We hired Frankie on September 21. He came to our house on September 22 and began work. In total Frankie worked two days the week of September 25 and two days the week of October 2 and one day on October 13. Frankie J Delmerico did not complete the job, continually gave excuses for why he couldn’t work, wasted a month of our time, and left the job unfinished taking our money.
Frankie called on a Thursday, October 12 after not working all week, not calling, or answering my texts. He was very apologetic about not calling or working and said if we wanted him to finish the job he would be at the house that Friday. He did work that Friday. He cut and placed the rest of the floor tile with spacers and had it ready to thinset. That Friday afternoon he took all his tools home and assured me he would be back on Monday. That was two weeks ago and I haven’t seen him since.
During our conversations on Thursday, October 12 Frankie stated that he would return our money if we didn’t want him to complete the bathroom. Unfortunately, we had given him half the money upfront, asked multiple times for receipts and received no receipts from Frankie. To make matters worse, I’ve had three tile contractors look over Frankie’s work and all have estimated that for the half money that we paid Frankie we only received finished work for half of that money so we are out quite a lot of money. Frankie has not answered any of my calls or answered any texts from us so he basically took the money and left. He even had the audacity to thank me Friday, October 12 for letting him come back to finish the job.
I have contacted Networx several times over this matter and their representative was able to speak to Frankie by phone. Frankie agreed to come Tuesday, October 24 to finish the bathroom floor. However, to thinset and grout the floor would require two days. The representative stated that Frankie agreed to finish the bathroom floor. Frankie didn’t show up Tuesday and he didn’t return our money. Networx’s resolution to our issue is to write an honest review and go hire a lawyer. I will NEVER hire another contractor from Networx or any other company. I trusted that these contractors are vetted and want to work.

Work Description: Bathroom/shower tile
Comments: Would work two days then give some excuse for why he couldn't work the rest of the week. After nearly three weeks hehas only worked five days. He shows up late and leaves before 4:00 in the afternoon. Laid tile in small bathroom without spacers so now there are various widths of grout lines.

Work Description: Remove and replace ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, laundry room, and back hallway.
Comments: Frankie does excellent work. We are very happy with the results. 2 cautions: Do not pay him until the job is completed. Get a receipt for material. The price he gave us was higher than originally quoted because he said we would need extra tile for future repair. We have no extra tile.-
