Description: I am an experienced home service individual. I have worked on homes,apt, and condominiums for over 40 years . I am able to establish a ball park cost for repairs over the phone often. I require no money down for labor to start a job and often require no payment until completion. I do the work myself most often, sometimes with a helper. If I cant do the work in the best manner I am happy to say so. I match budget match many repairs.
What sets us apart from other contractors: I dont have a large overhead. I offer free smoke alarm service with any in house free estimate. You just pay for the batteries
