Comments: Sammy Taloa is one of Dave construction employee who is not a licensed contractor. Dave construction (owner) Tevita claims that he did not know about the work on my property and did 30k of damages on my property. Sammy is a crimal who does horrible work and scams consumers. He has uncollected debt from his own company that went out of business. I did my own investigation and I'm not the only one he has scammed. DO NOT HIRE DAVE CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!Seattle WA
