Work Description: I requested a repair to an outside door frame, and some minor water damage to the house around the bottom of the frame.
Comments: Work was adequate, though not quite what I wanted (which may have been unrealistic). Contractor was perhaps too concerned with keeping the price down. Called me literally within about 30 seconds of my posting the request. No other vendor ever contacted me.
