Work Description: Lead paint removal from porch - ceiling, railings and decorative spindles
Comments: I was very nervous when Orange County cited me for lead paint removal on my 2 family investment property. There are so few painters who are experienced or knowledgeable in the environmental issues involved in the removal of lead paint. I was very relieved when Chris was referred to me. He was at all times, professional, knowledgeable and compliant with all issues of the EPA. The work was completed in a timely manner within the time frame that he had promised.Warwick NY

Need him to feed the cat while your out and he's painting? Just send him a txt and he'll send you a pic of your happy fed catIf you are picky about your cut lines, look no further, he is the Magi when it comes to super clean lines. Want the workspace tidy when he goes for the day? He's your guy. He will be back at my house for more work, that is for sure.
