Comments: Monterious Collier is a scam artist. He has no contract, he uses a appraisal sheet which is not a contract. He has an business licence for a company that no longer exists and has several aliases. Another contractor Tim Kennemer with Valley concrete is another scam artist. I hired him second and while he did do a good job he too works with an appraisal not a contract. So if you hire Tim make sure you get a contract if you can find him I called his phone and it is no longer exists.Huntsville AL
