Work Description: Boiler Install/Replace
Comments: I fired him after 7 days of inaction, and a constant attempt to jack up the price by claiming that we had to pay for every single other item he would need to do the job. In other words, the price he quoted was just for the boiler itself, and labor, but didn't include a single other thing. He insisted on cash, because he had no liquid capital with which to buy anything, including the boiler. He spent all day outside, hopping for the things he needed to finish the job. A week after I signed the contract, I had a new boiler sitting, unconnected, in my basement, and tenants complaining that they had gone without heat for 7 days. I could not possibly recommend him.Flushing NY
