Description: We do interior and exterior painting for new construction and re-paints for both residential and commercial. We also do small drywall repairs along with fencing and decks. References supplied upon request. Recent history has been with Loveland Housing Authority which is a government agency that helps the underpaid and underprivileged to acquire
affordable housing here in the Weld and Larimer county areas.

What sets us apart from other contractors: If the job takes less time then the estimation given customer will receive a revised invoice with the excess time removed. However should the project take longer there is no revision. So the customers project could be less than the estimate given. But it will never be more.
