If you are looking to get a light fixture replaced that has been put off because you think it is too small of a job for a company to come out for, well that is when you will need to call me because I do not charge a service fee for coming out. I look at what you need done and tell you what the cost to replace or repair the item will be. If you like the price and would like it completed I can do it while I am there. This will eliminate you having to take off of work again or working your schedule around another appointment. I try to have a good supply of misc. parts on my truck to complete most projects. If I have to run and pick something up don't worry I do not charge to get parts. I only charge you the price on the recite. So NO MARKUP on materials like some of the other handyman companies.
