Work Description: Chimney Cleaning
Comments: Cyclone air systems had great reviews, and his bio showed over a decade of experience. When I called, Mario picked up right away and offered a free inspection. He diagnosed the problem as a cracked chimney cap, which was allowing water into the flue. He also noticed there wasn't much slope on the existing cap, so he recommended raising up the center slightly to create a better slope that would reduce water pooling. I'm always wary of being "upsold" by contractors, but he didn't make any pitch at unnecessary repairs, and the price seemed very reasonable to me. He needed some additional equipment, so he couldn't do the work on the day of the inspection, but he offered to come out the next day to fix the problem. Not only was the work itself top notch, but I appreciated how courteous and professional he was. He had great communication every step of the process. He arrived during the window of time he said he would, gave me a 20-minute warning before he arrived, and completed the work in exactly the time he said. He was also really warm and patient with my four year old, who watched them work and would ask the occasional question about what they were doing (or have a conversation with them about his favorite animal while I was writing the check). :) I feel really fortunate to have found Cyclone . Excellent work at a fair price, great demeanor, professionalism at every step, and entertainment for my 4 year old. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you, Mario!Concord CA

Work Description: Air Conditioner Repair
Comments: After getting a bad referral from my home protection warranty company, I decided to reach out to Air conditioning companies on my own. Cyclone Air Systems Inc, was first on the list, due to the high ratings I called them.Frank answered my call immediately, heard the urgency in my voice as I explained my air conditioner was not cooling. Luckily, he was local and agreed to come diagnose in the next hour! I was so thankful, since it is Wednesday and the "other guys" were quoting a Saturday / Sunday appointment. With 90 degree weather, and young children I could not wait that long for an appointment and agreed to have Mario come out.
Mario immediately diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and offered to fix it on the spot!!! within 45 mins I have cool air conditioning again.
I am so thankful for the quick response and fix!!!! I'm looking forward to sleeping soundly in my nicely air conditioned home tonight!

Work Description: Maintenance tune up heater and air conditioner and vents cleaning.
Comments: Our technician, Mario, was very prompt , professional and clean. We had a problem and needed our AC/Heating serviced. Mario came in first asked if we had any problems, assessed and serviced our unit while giving us helpful information on maintaining our vents and unit. Made recommendations, offered estimated, reasonable costs without pressure and quickly went about making the fixes we requested. When finished he made sure we understood continued maintenance and left us with detailed information on our unit. Mario needed to get around the house to check things and was very respectful and made sure he cleaned up after himself. We would highly recommend Cyclone Air Systems HVAC to anyone, especially Mario. Work Description: Furnace Maintenance Tune up and Air Duct Cleaning.
Comments: Price:Fair price compared to some of the reputable air duct cleaning company in Asian community I talked to, price doesn't raise when are there;
Attitude:
Professional and friendly Mario and Jose did a great job and spent most time in cleaning not like the company I had before gave a lot pressure on convincing me buying additional service and spent less time on cleaning.
Quality:
Register, took out cleaned by cleaning liquid, then water sprayed, duct used rotary brush plus vacuum, furnace, complety took apart motor part and cleaned outflow pile as well, return vent, unscrew register, brush and vacuum.
Overall: great experience with amount of money spent, I think get more than what I paid for in this case.
