Work Description: Bathroom remodels, new floors
Comments: For one, I hired Ben as he came off very authentic, friendly and professional. I had 2 bathrooms to remodel and I gave him one - as a test. I was so concerned about bad experiences that I - and others had - with fly-by-night contractors - I didn't want to give him more work until he proved himself. So... in the middle of doing the first bathroom which came out beautifully (especially the tile work by Esteban) - I hired him to do the next one - and install a new floor. All was well until he hired the worst plumber in the world - who I now understand is no longer working for him. That's a good move - but after I paid him in full, the shower still turned on whenever the bath faucet was open. It took months to chase down Ben to fix it. I ended up hiring my plumber, and Ben paid for it - so that's good. He stood behind his word. I was impressed. After how long it took, I figured he ran. That said, I waited some more time for him to repair the wall that had to be broken in order to access the piping his plumber had installed incorrectly. After months of begging, he finally hired a drywall guy - who also said that he couldn't get Ben to return his calls. It's not only customers but the subcontractors he hires who can't get a response. Now I have small repairs of incorrectly installed bathroom hooks and toilets, which apparently aren't worth his time. In summary - he is good and most of his guys do good work. Frederico - good. Esteban - good.Ben himself - great. Grant - great. But anyone not on the "A team" - careful. Ben started to get really, really busy/popular and now no longer has time for you if you have a small job. He offers a 2-year warranty but good luck keeping your sanity chasing him down. It's so time consuming to contact him that it becomes not worth the effort. Unfortunately I'll have to spend some money to correct the errors and hopefully his guys' work will outlast the 2 year warranty. PS - he will not put an address on his contracts. I recommend if you do hire him to get an address and verify it.

Work Description: Drywall repair and texture. Paint
Comments: I used Ben for 2 projects. The first one went relatively well. They just left an absolute mess and my wife is still scrubbing the grout mess they left. The second flip was where it went even worse. Half of the yard is destroyed because they never cleaned. They did interior paint and instead of taping and covering things they painted everything. Including all doors and ceiling fans. Just painted right over. Oh and the windows. They painted and destroyed hardwood floors that were beautifully protected by previous owners. Just trampled them and painted them. He claims to have a warranty but no one can get in touch with Ben now.Dallas TX

Work Description: Plainting and Flooring
Comments: I am very perplex by these reviews, I assume friends wrote them. The work I received was lazy and sloppy. These guys are not pros. The longer they were here the lazier and sloppier the work become. Ben assured me at least one the guys was a licensed plumber. I doubt that is true, everything the “licensed plumber” touch leaked after. If you hire Ben ask him to prove it. I doubt he has a license either. Full of excuses though. Major disorganized. There was no clean up. None of the workers spoke English. I am currently getting bids to have a good portion of the work redone. Save yourself the head ache and hire someone else.Dallas TX

Work Description: Exterior painting
Comments: We contacted them to complete an exterior job that was too much to handle. Ben was very professional. An amazing price was quoted and they were able to start on the job very quickly. The workers were very polite and professional and clean while working. The job was complete ahead of schedule. The customer service after the sale is why I would recommend them to friends and family.
