Work Description: First exterminator service. No major problems. Beginning quarterly service both inside and outside.
Comments: Kevin called prior to arrival. He was very polite. He asked many questions to evaluate our needs. He explained what he would be applying (from a spray to glue traps to baits). He told me the location of the various traps throughout the house. He was very thorough. He thanked me for my business and provided me with a receipt and informed me how I would be contacted in order to schedule the next quarterly pest control.
