and membrane roofing for flat roofs. Our company has completed projects

Louisiana, and Iowa. We differ from other roofing companies because
the roofs we specialize in can be installed over existing roofs which eliminates
expensive and messy tear-offs.

Work Description: Was approached by company for bid
Comments: Despite being told over the phone weeks ago that I did not require an additional bid for a new roof at the time, the owner, the same person who had called, showed up unannounced to my parish’s office. He told me who he was and the nature of his visit. I stopped him before he could go any further by explaining that we were not interested in getting a steel roof for our church (our historical church is 134 years old). He then opened his binder to show me that he had done church roofs before, to which I had to repeat myself that we were not interested. He then said he was sorry for my parishioners because I apparently don’t care if I’m wasting their money. After he insulted me this way for being wasteful, I told him that now he could leave, at which point made him argumentive.He repeated the same insulting apology for my parishoners’ money being wasted. I told him that this conversation had gone beyond asking if I wanted his business and he should go.
With him not moving to the door after asking to go a second time, I had to threaten to call the police if he refused to leave. He finally made his way up the stairs to our door while yelling at me all the way. I had yelled back a couple of times out of frustration during this exchange after being accused by a stranger for not caring about my people. I don’t like loosing my cool but this was incrededibly unprofessional, especially from the one who the owns the company.
