Comments: Everything went well. However, they showed up over an hour early and never called. I have found this is a BIG problem with companies on the eastside of Cincinnati. I have hired over 5 different companies (not by your company) but other companies they seem to show up when THEY want. I find this very unprofessional. If a company is going to be early or late, they should call first. BUT!!!! Critter did a good job and was quick. I just wished they would've called to let me know they were going to be over an HOUR early.Cincinnati OH
