Work Description: Lawn Maitenance
Comments: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their yard cutting and maintenance is average at absolute best, but it only gets worse from there!! I was told by Phillip, the supervisor, that cuts my yard that they were instructed no to trim my bushes as per our contract because I "had gotten behind on my payment" previously. They were however still cutting my grass, just no bushes. Very odd, I think, if you're worried about a payment, why do anything? Or why not call me? They have my number. Phillip calls me ALL THE TIME about what he was going to do the next time they came back. I guess usually to get out of doing whatever it was that day instead. Of course I was current at the time I was told this. I would call to make a payment and not get an answer because they are only in the office until noon every day. Then I asked them for prices on all sorts of other things but told them that getting the weeds killed in my yard was top priority. Instead, I was given a price on sod. They DON'T LISTEN!! Then got a voice mail (apparently they can call me) to say they would no longer be doing my yard due to "a conflict". Total bs. They never did trim my bushes, and haven't for a whole year even though I've paid them to do so.Then was told they would give me a price to "deep prune" them because I told Phillip they were way too high. The bushes are way too high because they refused to keep them maintained like they were supposed to. I've called 3-4 times a week for 2 months and can't get anyone to answer or return my calls!! AT ALL!! Again, paid them every month for a whole year and they never trimmed my bushes!! Now I have to pay someone all over again to do what I've paid this lousy company to do. Take my warning, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a rip off!!! Too bad I can't leave 0 stars!! Be warned! Horrible company, beware!!-
