Comments: BEWARESCAMMER ALERT!
Sign the contract, wants start money upfront. Then you don't here from them or they promise they'll start and don't show up and don't respond to your calls. A good honest reliable company will invoice you as different phases work is completed.
In addition even worse some of the the sub contractors would come back and ask me if I could help them to get paid as they got non payment from them. Horrible.
