Work Description: Chimney cap reseal and fasten
Comments: Wow! So glad I contacted Justin from Coyote Creek Home Repair! Within a few days of initial contact, he had some availability to come by for a fairly small, simple but hard to get to job.The flashing/cap on the chimney of our 2 story house had worked it's way loose over the years and during storms with high winds, would cause the cap to lift up and crash down very loudly. Due to solar panels on our roof for our pool, the job required a 32' ladder to effectively get to the problem.
On the day of the job, Justin said he would come by between 1 and 2 pm. They showed up around 1:40 pm. It's wonderful to have such an appointment as this type (repair) with as tight a window as that (1 hour timeframe) and to have the person/company actually show up within that timeframe. I realize that sometimes "life" happens and timeframes can shift, but this was just very much appreciated for him to be spot on time.
As for the work done, they quickly completed the job within the timeframe he said they would and at the cost initially quoted. The cap was resealed and fastened down. This particular work comes with a 1 year warranty to boot. No surprises, no issues.
Justin was very nice and professional. We highly recommend Justin and Coyote Creek Home Repair and will not hesitate to contact him again should another repair job be needed in the future.
