Work Description: Fireplace remodel, built-ins, interior painting
Comments: I spoke with Juan this morning and we agreed on a time to meet today. He asked me to text him my address so I did and I confirmed the time and also mentioned I was a realtor and I personally prefer to try the companies I refer as this allows me to see their work. He texted me back "OK". 30 minutes after the latest time of our appointment, I texted him saying "Not sure if you were still planning to come, but I won't be home now as I had an appointment I had to leave for". His response was shocking as he wrote "No ma'am sorry for the inconvenience but we not working for realtors and investors". I was absolutely shocked that he could not tell me this instead of "OK", as I could have attended to other things that did not require me at home. I can't imagine anyone saying they don't want to work with realtors as we can be a great source of referrals for our clients. Bottom line for me is that maybe the quality of work, punctuality, and pricing may not be quite what I was looking for in a contractor. I wish you all the best in your business as I am happy to take my business elsewhere!Irving TX

Comments: My name is Thanh le,live in Irving,Tx,my house is old house need repair some concrete fix, I don't know repair to look good,i try to call Cowboy remodel, he advice to me and show some pictures he did...Wow,he real handyman i never see before,look house after he did,very nice and good prices when i compare with other..he help me and answer any questions..very close friendship...good handyman. Work Description: Carlos put some granite in my house, did a patio for me, and some tiles in my restroom.
Comments: I have been very happy with his work and plan on using him in the future.-
