Comments: No complaints about the installation but the price was pretty high. They seemed knowledgeable and competent. But they overestimated the difficulty of the job so I paid a lot. I wish I had gotten a second estimate.Oakland CA

Work Description: My four year old furnace stopped working. It needed an induction motor.
Comments: They responded quickly. The worker was clean and polite. However he wanted to charge me $89.00 extra for picking up the part needed. The woman I talked to in his office informed me they don't charge to pick up parts, so he cut the $89.00 dollar charge in half.I was supposed to receive a call from the owner because I'm not paying half of an amount I shouldn't be charged and days later I'm still waiting.
My behind hurts. I think I got screwed. I won't use this company again
