Work Description: Shoddy finish
Comments: Last August we contracted Steve to come to our house and to erect a new fence and front entry post - while they are delightful and mostly do a good job - once they get paid they could careless about follow up or fixing anything that goes wrong - and their promises of fixing are totally worthless - in short they lie all the time!The issue is that within three weeks after they put up the fence and the front post - the crown warped so it looks like hell - I contacted them every week for 3 months and the same lie - we got the replacement and paint “we will will be there this week we promise”. Well that is the refrain since September 2021 and it’s now April 2022 - and still nothing - If I would recommend them I would recommend withholding 10% if anything comes because it is clear that without the payment incentive they have no reason to keep thei word
