Comments: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are very unprofessional. I waited hours for them to arrive. It got late in the evening on a Saturday night and the techincian was held up on ;his last job. I guess he was tired and wanted to go home so he called without even looking at the job and quoted me a price so high that he know I would cancel the service. Dishonest, unreliable and just plain jerks. Find another company that will deal with you in an hones manner.Lehi UT

Comments: $39 dollars advertised drain cleaning. What a sh!t misrepresentation( no pun intended). I ended up paying them $160. Just to get rid of them, and the clog was was discovered in the street. They quoted me $8,000. I got it done for $6,000. Shop around. Do not fall for this non deal.Tooele UT

Comments: Got us a bid to move some pipes in the back of our kitchen that seemed reasonable. I told him the concrete must be broken and the pipe must remained straight. He said he will try to angle it up without breaking. I said the inspector wouldn't go for that. Ben said in either case he would make sure it got moved to the back of the wall. Inspection day rolls around pipe isn't moved yet he says he was waiting to ask inspector the day of. I said that's inconsiderate because you could have called in advance, how hard is it to pick up a phone. It just comes down to plain laziness. At the last minute he decides he isn't going to move and the entire reason we hired him was because he said he could do this. Now kitchen is not ideal and project is delayed and we lost hundreds of dollars. Then he threatens to come in a rip out work if we don't pay before the job is even done. We agreed to pay half up front half later, and they were so impatient to get paid before the job was even completed. Would not recommend these plumbers to my worst enemies. If I would have seen all of the negative reviews on this site I wouldn't have used them. Guess hindsight is 20/20.Syracuse UT

Comments: We just moved in to our new home (new to us) the week before Christmas and one of the things our home was lacking was a water softener. My oldest son Derek suggested I get hold of Connectionz plumbing. He said these guys were a quality outfit, straight shooters and very responsive. William came out to do the softener install. He was on time and he was able to get the equipment installed in a pretty tight spot. He was also able to raise a shower head for me and in turn save me from what could have been a real expensive problem. The faucet was never attached properly when the home was built. I knew when we bought our home that the HVAC was on its last leg. When our spec home was built, the builders went cheap. The system was 15 years old. Ben pointed out the cracks appearing in the heat exchanger and suggested we not wait to fix it. He was also able to run a camera down our sewer clean out. I watched the process and imagine my disappointment when he hit water indicating a belly in the pipe and fitting. Again, he said I could wait, but it wasn’t going to get better. I decided to go ahead with the work, and I’m glad I did. It turned out that my sewer was already starting to crack and leak. True to his word, Ben did not charge more for a change in conditions. After only a day my sewer line was fixed and the furnace and AC were installed. Shout out to Ben and his crew. Especially Alex who had to figure out a tricky vent connection. Comments: These guys are amazing! We were notified by the city that we had a leak . They understood our urgency as we were losing 3.6 gallons per minute of water. They fit us into their busy schedule and worked overtime to get the job done. They had to dig up quite a bit of the yard and and they put everything back together so nicely and fixed the sprinkling system that had to be dug up as well. I feel so blessed that we were able to find them!! I would recommend them to anyone!South Jordan UT
