Work Description: Installed AC Unit and I asked them to check the heating system to make sure it's running correctly at the price of $3,000

Comments: Comfort Zone needs shirts or etc., to show who they are when they come to your home because Marguerite DeWitt did not know who they were. Plus, a credit card system is needed too and we asked that the coolant be covered in the installation and that was not done; therefore, it was be damaged because it's not protected.

In reply to mrs. Dewitt she never made any comment to me about any complaint that she had. Once the work was completed, I told her if she had any problems, not to hesitate to call, and if she has a problem I will be more than happy to see that she is totally satisfied
