Work Description: The AC unit had stopped cooling.
Comments: Steve from Comfort Always came on 7-18-12 to fix the AC. Just as they came the skies opened up, with not only rain but lots of thunder and lightning. I have nothing but admiration, as these guys didn't stop and kept on working through the storm. Comments: Very knowledgeable and didn't try to confuse me with technical talk. Talked me through what he was doing. Told me over the phone that it sounded like the motor or capacitor...and it was the capacitor (the cheaper of the 2)I found a new HVAC guy!

Comments: Great experience even though I woke him up when I called after a sleepless night with the temp. in my house over 85 through the night. My wife and I had to sleep in our basement as best we could. Super nice and as said in another feedback he explained everything as he did the work --even explaining that he understands that most homeowners know little about their HVAC units with no attitude what so ever--I'll always use Comfort Always from now on!!Baltimore MD
