Work Description: fence installed, drainage, and sod
Comments: Warning! Do not hire this company. Very poorly managed and they don't do work of someone with the experience that he claims! They installed my fence with only 2 runners on pressure treated pine. It's all warping! They used nails that were too long, so sticking out on the inside, accident waiting to happen. Didn't get the Scallop right, doesn't even reach from post to post. 2 sections they didn't have long enough runners, so they attached a peice of 2 x 4 to the post. I wouldn't even be OK with a family member putting up a fence like this.My Fescue sod sat in their wherehouse for a week, so when they finally came to put it in, it was all dead. They said it would come back in a couple weeks of watering. I have about 50% that has turned green in 6 weeks, the rest is now dirt.
Drainage is a whole nother topic. He has no idea what he is doing. I will now have to pay another company to come and dig up the mess he made. Unbeleivable! All he did is complain about how much money he lost on the job and family issues. It's a business! People don't want to hear about those things! They showed up about 1 day a week in the afternoon. I don't think they work mornings since I never saw them before noon. He is very confrontational when you point out what is wrong and will tell you he's got this. News flash, he doesn't!!!! Do not pay him more then the deposit if he already got you. He told me he coulding continue unless I gave more to the point he had almost all the money. I just didn't want to be out of the money I already gave him. Big mistake, should have cut my losses at the beginning. Don't make the same $5200 mistake I did.
