Work Description: Preformed diagnostic for possible sill faucet. Found broken pipe from abandoned sill faucet pipe.
Comments: Matt, the plumber that works for Clog Master, provided me with excellent service. He showed up within the hour time frame that Clog Master gave for me, immediately address my problem and educated me about my situation. He provided me with 5 Star service. Work Description: Repaired cold water line in bathroom. Tried using new type compression fitting instead of soldering a coupling in place. Compression fitting did not work and plumber eventually had to use a solder fitting.
Comments: Trying to use new fitting caused plumber to extend past the hour I was quoted. Gentleman was very congenial and skilled.Overall I am pleased since situation was resolved.
