They were clean and well-groomed. The price I was quoted was so much better than I envisioned. I scheduled an appointment for the earliest convenient time, which was a lot sooner than the other companies scheduled me for an estimate. I really liked the fact that the Climate Shield crew was on time, clean, and fast. They inspected a few other "problem" areas for me and fixed them without hesitation.
