Comments: I have never felt more ripped offed, I paid for a full house cleaning $480, Explained what I expected< @ people arrived two hours early, not clear if they knew what was expected. An hour in I called contact person to express that there was a misunderstanding. The two were doing light dusting and I expected, at least. a wet wipe down. I was told I was 'jumping the gun". She spoke w the cleaner Who told me my places was very dusty. I was told on the phone that the two would be going over everything a second time. They finished the upstairs in an hour and never went back. they spent 2and half hours and were gone. Never wiped the top of refrigerator, wooden stairs. picture frames and a lot more. I'm still looking for a good house cleaner.-
