In addition to full roof replacement we also provide roof repair services including patching, coating and sealing to prevent any further damage from occurring to the interior or exterior of your property. Also offered is exterior stucco and painting, window and skylight replacement and specialty roofs such as metal roofs or tile roofs. With a wide range of services provided and an excellent customer service team in place, our goal is to bring you the best experience possible before, during and after your roofing and exterior service needs.

Our History:

We provide both residential and commercial roofing services. Citywide Roofing & Exteriors, Inc. is built upon 39 years of experience in the roofing industry with an Owner who has run several roofing businesses and managed mega roofing projects such as DIA, twice, and the Denver IBM building. We are rooted in Colorado's roofing industry and continue to grow our customer relations and expand our services.

About the Owner:

Jeff Hillyer has been in the roofing industry since 1977. His expertise makes him and his team a knowledgeable and invaluable asset to your roofing needs. Jeff began his career in the industry as a Roofer and advanced to Project Manager, Production Manager and Owner. As Citywide Roofing & Exteriors' Owner, Jeff brings every year of experience to the table to fulfill all of our customer's needs with integrity, dedication and most importantly, the practical knowledge to ensure the best results possible.
