The contractor was very knowledgeable, informative and took the time to inform me of preventive damage measures that would save me thousands in the future. His detail to the quality of his work, professionalism and patience with explaining everything he was going to do helped me soon realize I selected the right company. I called on Cinch for a second time and the owner of the company interrupted his weekend and came out on Sunday to ensure I was taken care of before the next rain storm that was due the following day.I highly recommend this company
