Comments: had Chris do some repair work while I was in florida 1 sheet of drywall (no tape spackle or paint) and 3 ceiling tiles with insulation above cost was 875 I came home one month after I payed him and looked above the ceiling and he never inundated as promisedI would not recommend this guy to anyone

Comments: I am very happy with Chris' work. He was scheduled to be at the job at 8AM, and was here around 7AM (most contractors show up 2 hours late, if they show at all). His workers were very respectful, and were even working after dark to clean up (when I turned on the flood lights, one of the workers stopped to thank me). Comments: They came out the next business day and inspected the roof. I wasn't home and wanted to be there. I had hoped they would have called before hand because I wanted to see for myself what was done. I talked to the son and explained what needed to be examined and according to the report all was inspected as I wanted. Other than that, they were curtious according to my wife. Work Description: Chris and worker arrived at our house, My husband greeted him at the door, He showed Chris the wet spots in the ceiling and explained the problemsi*(Leaks in our Roof ) . HIs worker jumped around our roof like a rabbit. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!! Repaired problem area's and they were gone within 30mins. That's not a bad pay check for a half hours work. I need to change careers. Haven't really had any hard rain since repairs done, but Chris said call with any problems.

Work Description: Sealing the gap between furnace air vent pipe and roof, calking any loose nails and gaps of any pipes penetrating the roof. Minor repair of rain downspouts to secure them to the wall
Comments: They are one of two contractors, trying to reach me (Red and Pro-G did not respond to my on-life quote request at all). I called both Chris and Kirk, left the message, and ended up calling Chris. I wanted to get the gap sealed ASAP, so asked for their service on the spot. They showed up next morning, and finished the necessary + additional works within one hour. Very professional and courteous. Good to ask for any other handy-man jobs for a reasonable cost ($350 for an overall roof inspection and repair)

Comments: Eventhough, the initial appointment was canceled we were able to finally get together. I appreciated that Mr. Cohen promptly called to re-schedule and followed up with an e-mailed. He took before and after pictures of the roof to show me want needed and what was done. I really liked that!!

Work Description: Mr. Cohen's team renovated my kitchen and powder room from a sewage line backup that destroyed those two areas in my home. In addition, they also replace my closet doors, put up crown molding in my living room & dinning room. They also re-painted every room down stairs except for the living room. All of this work was done while simultaneously working on other units in my complex and still completed the job in a record amount of time.
Comments: Mr. Cohen has an excellent team of workers who take pride in doing a good job and were very nice and pleasant to work with. I would, without hesitation recommend Mr. Cohen for any contracting job.

Work Description: Sewage backup flook of my condo unit. Total bottom floor involved (livingroom, kitchen and vanity) floors, walls and kitchen cabinets replaced.
Comments: Of the 3 contractor's that was suggested to me when i signed on to this site. Chris called me within 20 minutes. I never heard from the other 2. Chris was prompt to come and assess the damages and give his estimate.He and his crew were totally professional and customer care was obvious in thier affect and demeanor.
The job was done thru the x-mas and new year holidays and still chris and his crew finished before the condo association's insurance deadline for finishing.
The affect/demeanor and professionalism was seen by other condo owners while they were working on my unit and 4 others were amazed at his work and progress and also hired him.
My unit is definately in better shape than before the flood.
kudo's for Chris and his crew. My wife and myself were certainly glad that he responded to my problem as timely as he did.
