Comments: I called Chris after another plumber had installed a new toilet kit the night before. I tried to flush the toilet about an hour after this plumber left & the toilet didn't flush completely. I removed the tank lid and had to fiddle with the contraption myself. I found the clamp to the overflow tube hadn't been installed at all and the refill hose was loose, sliding under the flapper. Well, Christ walked me through what I had to do to fix the problems myself. I really appreciated his help. I WILL call Chris the next time I need a plumber.Columbus OH
