Work Description: My water heater failed on Saturday. Chandlers came on Sunday to look at the problem; arrived early. He agreed to install a new water heater on Monday. based on my selecting a water heater--I had a specific water heater I wanted.
Comments: He did buy and deliver a water heater Monday AM. It turned out it was not the one I selected as the one I selected was not in stock. The water heater he selected was better (i.e., more efficient) than the one I selected AND due to PGE rebate program was no more expensive than what I had selected!The workers that did the installation were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.
I would not hesitate to use Chandlers Plumbing again, especially in an urgent situation.

Work Description: had to bypass the plumbing on the hot water side ,pipes had rotted out,hock up my hot with new pipes in a timely matter ,works great.
