Work Description: Electrical Wiring/Rewiring
Comments: Terrible experience, do not recommend this company. I asked them to come out to fix my ring doorbell as it wasn't getting any power, even after we replaced both the ring device and the transformer. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked if they had experience with Ring doorbells. I was told they do this "all the time". I asked how much the service visit would cost. I was told "It is free. If you decide to move ahead with the proposed work, we will provide an estimate." The representative, Chad, arrived on time. That is the only positive part of my experience. He told me he doesn't really have experience with ring doorbells (?????) and proceeded to watch a YouTube video of how to install one. I'm not kidding. He was here for 30 minutes and couldn't tell me whether my new ring doorbell was the problem or the transformer. He advised that I replace BOTH again and then call them if it doesn't work. He then told me that for them to come out and install the transformer would be $300!!!! My husband can do it in 10 minutes for free. When he was finished he told me that it would be $150 for his service call. I explained that the representative who I made the appointment with said it would be zero dollars. He said, oh, ok. I did give him a $30 tip for his trouble but this is absolutetly the WORST service experience I've ever had.Malibu CA

Comments: I just moved into my first house and had to add some extra outlets. I got an approximate quote over the phone and was surprised when they actually charged me within the range provided. I’ve recommended them to my parents and they were happy with these guys as well.-
