Work Description: Interior Painting-1 to 2 rooms
Comments: Overall - Terrible results and customer service! My wife and I contracted CCC Painting to paint our garage walls and they did a fair job. We talked with them about our garage floor. They claimed to be very experienced in Epoxy coating garage floors. THE RESULT HOWEVER, WAS A DISASTER as the application of paint and sealer WAS QUITE BLOTCHY AND DID NOT TOTALLY DRY.After four weeks the floor was still tacky and the garage was unusable. After many telephone calls and messages they finally came and looked over their work and admitted that is was not dry and would come back to apply a coating of special alcohol to expedite the drying process. We waited for two weeks and THEY NEVER RETURNED AND NEVER CALLED BACK AFTER MANY CALLS (SOMETIMES 3X A DAY)! After this frustrating experience we contacted another firm who came HIGHLY rated by our neighbors. The new contractor will have to remove the material applied by CCC Painting, and treat the concrete and apply their multiple application for a Professional finish that comes with a LIFETIME warranty. We are incurring more than double the cost of correcting the poorly executed work performed by by CCC Painting.
