Work Description: Roof Replacement
Comments: C*****n J*y, the owner of CC Remodeling and Construction sounds like a nice guy who puts on a great show. Will give you the free estimate and keep reaching out until you're ready to schedule the work. Very persistent. He claims his company and work are warranted. I agreed to use him for my roof replacement after some hail storms. His team completed the work and to my knowledge, it "seemed" like it was good work. Until I am now selling my home, and at the inspection, issues were found. I reached out to him and he replied right away, saying he would have someone out Monday then it was Tuesday. I reached out a few days later inquiring if the work was completed, no reply. Waited another four days asking again if the work was corrected. No reply. I called his number of 210-***-***2 goes straight to voicemail. Tried calling a few more times but continued to be sent straight to voicemail. Waited a few days later and called from another cell phone and he replies via text right away asking me to text him vs. calling. Since he replied so fast it proves he has purposely ignored it. So I text him stating that I have been texting, inquiring about the warranty work, and as predicted again he ignores me.So in a nutshell do not trust this guy's team's work and his "warranty" offered. I am sure lots of people have great things to say because I did too until knowing that the inspection failed and there were issues. So if you are going to use him do not give him final payment until you have an inspector check their work.

Comments: Clinton Jay and his company over perform the job requested. He came to inspect the roof, send me an estimate and his price was just right, we started the job and my new roof looks amazing. He always answer my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend this contractor to anybody looking for a fair price for an espectacular job.Helotes TX
