Work Description: Re roof small house and replace facture on three eves plus recover flat roof
Replace flat roof 15 X 30 on 2nd house
On the flat roof , they had problems getting all the material needed to do the job which meant the sub contractor had to come out on three different days before he was able to do the job. The finished product on both places was satisfactory and I would probably use them again. As in working with any contractor make sure the written estimate is clear as to what is to be done and at what cost before you contract the work. The estimator may tell you that he won't know how much decking material will have to be replaced, but you can have him include in the estimate how sheets of plywood / 1x 6 decking/ facture he will provide before he charges you extra. .
