Comments: We hired him in November after being flooded by Harvey. 3.5 months later, they only erected most of the sheetrock, without taping it and hung 12 doors that don't fit.We paid him $77,000.
The contract was also for plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, carpeting, flooring, new appliances, and redoing the garage including siding. He did none of that.
In March we needed to hire a different contractor for $75000 to do the work.

Comments: Micah's crew worked on several improvement projects at my home at once. There were several hiccups outside their control that occurred during the projects that they were forced to work around and Micah personally put in work on the weekend to overcome those challenges. Work Description: It started with some work in the kitchen and spread to the outside and we will be having them back soon for more remodeling.
Comments: Micah's Renovations was hired to install kitchen appliances and sink. Not only was their work outstanding, when there was a glitch from Lowe's ordering a trash compactor instead of a dishwasher, their attitude was refreshing to say the least. They didn't want their final payment until job was completely done, which took 2 weeks for delivery. We had them do a new cedar fence and our master bath remodel is in the planning stage to start right after the holidays. I highly recommend Micah's Renovations, they are honest and fair which these days is hard to come by.
