Work Description: Full landscape
Comments: They have completely ghosted me after telling me and our builder to our face that they would correct a severe drainage issue. In addition the stamped concrete patio they poured is sinking, due to a lack on compaction, as they blamed the concrete company that poured our walkways and claimed they didn’t compact their work. So it’s almost KARMA that their patio is sinking now as well! In addition, when they poured the stamped concrete patio, they didn’t put a corrugated sleeve around my gas and electrical lines before pouring the concrete. This is causing the gas pipe to bend and pull away from the house!On the other side of our home, they stacked dirt above our foundation and now when heavy rain hits it pools at the foundation level and leaks into the home, flooding the basement.
BEWARE!! they also didn’t pay several contractors they hired for our project and these contractors showed up at my door asking if I could help them out.
I’ve spent $7500 paying to lift concrete, from their negligence, I’ll also need to get someone to pull rock back and remove the dirt stacked against our home, causing water to pool above the foundation wall, and add the drains they promised to put in (last time I saw Alex face to face).
Shady business! Beware!
